Tina entered the CSR industry in 2005 and over the past 18 years, she has gained broad and extensive experience working for both service providers and brands alike. At Aritzia and Harbor Freight Tools, she designed and implemented their inaugural CSR strategy and at Intertek and CSCC (acquired by UL), she advised and managed a portfolio of high-profile clients.

Tina specializes in creating comprehensive CSR programs from the ground up and brings a global perspective and holistic approach to strategic planning. She is committed to helping executive leadership find a delicate balance between achieving corporate goals and respecting the lives and communities they impact.

Tina has conducted hundreds of ethical sourcing audits in the apparel, home improvement and hardware industries spanning Asia, Africa and North America. She has led multicultural teams to successfully execute 3-to 5-year CSR strategies while living and working in Vancouver, San Francisco, Phoenix, Honolulu, Taipei, Shanghai and Los Angeles.

Tina also holds a BA in Psychology from The University of British Columbia, an MBA from Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management, and WRAP and SA8000 auditor certifications. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
